The Problem
The client's HR team was manually sourcing candidates — searching LinkedIn, researching companies, finding relevant people, composing outreach, and following up one by one. The process was time-consuming and the team's capacity was the bottleneck for growth.
Our Solution
We built an Autonomous Recruiter — a three-agent pipeline that wraps our Company Research, People Research, and Outreach capabilities into a single end-to-end recruitment automation system.
Phase 1: Company Research Agent identifies companies in the target space that are likely to have the candidate profile needed.
Phase 2: People Research Agent discovers relevant people inside those companies — matching role, seniority, skills, and signals.
Phase 3: Outreach Agent generates personalized recruitment messages and executes multi-touch campaigns across LinkedIn and email, with the goal of scheduling an interview call.
The HR team receives booked interviews in their calendar — the full sourcing and outreach process is invisible to them.
